Front Office Team

Our front office team will be your first point of contact when you arrive. They will check you in, review your paperwork and insurance benefits, help coordinate financing or payment plans, and schedule your upcoming visits so your treatment stays on track.

They are also the people to call when something comes up between appointments. That might be a question about a bill, a schedule change, or a bracket that came loose the night before a game.

Orthodontic Assistants

Our orthodontic assistants will be with you throughout your visits. They take digital scans and X-rays, assist the doctor in placing and adjusting your braces or aligners, make wire changes, and check your progress while keeping you comfortable and informed during each step of treatment.

Most of what happens in the chair happens with an assistant beside you, so if something feels off, tell them. They will get the doctor.
